Suppliers

Our meals are provided from HCCP accredited suppliers. Meals are designed for the nutritional requirements of older adults.
Meals are supplied by:

• Central West
• The Good Meal Co

Heating Instructions

Frozen Main Meals

Microwave Instructions:

1. Place frozen meal directly in microwave (no need to open or vent meal packaging)
2. Set on high & heat for 6-7 minutes (check instructions on your meal)
3. Open & stir meals, if required, heat for another 2-3 minutes or until hot (Heating times will vary for different microwaves)

Oven Instructions:

1. Place frozen meal directly in the oven @ 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Soups and Desserts

• Some desserts will only need to be defrosted not heated
• Heating time will vary between desserts according to the type. Please take care not to over heat.
• Place frozen soup or dessert directly in microwave (no need to open or vent packaging)
• Set on high: Desserts heat for 1 minute, then check, Soups heat for 3 minutes, then check.
• If required, heat for another 30 seconds - 1 minute or until hot
